THE 2025 FAMILY REUNION VIDEO IS AVAILABLE
Following the Vietnam War, many members of the Kiatoukaysy clan, part of the Hmong diaspora from Laos, resettled in the United States. Over the years, through ongoing contact, information sharing, and national reunions, a comprehensive six-generational Kiatoukaysy family tree has taken shape. Despite the challenges posed by the fading memories of older generations, KFI remains committed to its mission of building bridges for the past and present and expanding the horizons for the future. Through initiatives such as Family and Community Relations, Culture & Heritage Preservation, and Education and Career Development, we strive to fulfill our objectives. Our annual gatherings feature esteemed guest speakers, workshops addressing a spectrum of social, economic, and medical concerns affecting our communities, and recognition of recent achievements across various educational and professional levels. Notably, each meeting includes an update on the progress of the Kiatoukaysy family tree project, serving as a unifying thread among attendees.
