Charm (Vam Txoov) Kiatoukaysy Lor, President

Elected as President of KFI for the 2024-2028 term, Mr. Charm Kaitoukaysy Lor comes with a wealth of experience leading teams in some of the biggest corporations in the United States, across various sectors. He also has over 15 years of experience leading a nonprofit organization where he oversaw all levels of operations. He is well studied as exemplified by his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder double majoring in Psychology and Religious Studies, a MS in Computer Information Systems, and a MA in Christian Studies. Charm resides in Madison, SD with his wife and kids. 

Charm firmly believes in Servant Leadership. Organizations exist to serve the needs of the community. His mission is to establish a solid infrastructure consisting of systems and processes that supports the vision of KFI and enables active participation from the community. It is through genuine engagement that KFI can uncover opportunities to serve its community.

Kyle (Tsav Yeej) Kiatoukaysy Lor, Vice President

Holding Bachelor of Chemistry, Kyle lives in Fresno, CA and works for the Department of Public Health of Fresno County Laboratory as a Chemist.

Acey (Ceeb) Kiatoukaysy, Secretary

Acey Kiatoukaysy is the second eldest son of the late venerable Captain Yong Toua Kiatoukaysy Lor. Acey earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking and works for Echostar as a Regional Support Engineering. He calls Thornton, CO home with his wife and kids.

Lee (Ntxoov Lis) Lor, Treasurer

Lee Lor holds an AAS Degree in Engineering Technology and works as an Engineering Technician for a spacecraft company. He resides in Brighton, CO with his children and grandchildren. Lee has also held the Treasurer position for KFI in the past.

Dr. Roger (Vam Xeeb) Kiatoukaysi

Dr.  Kiatoukaysi is an original founder of KFI. His bio will be coming shortly.

Ms. Bounthavy (Vis) Kiatoukaysy

Bounthavy Kiatoukaysy, known affectionately as “Xib Fwb Vis,” has been teaching for over 30 years. She is currently the Hmong Community Cultural Specialist at Txuj Ci HMong Language and Culture, St. Paul Public Schools. Xiv Fwb Vis was instrumental in the creation of the first Hmong Dual Language program in the United States and has written over 100 children’s books and over 50 Hmong folksongs. Her life’s passion is teaching and inspiring through the power of language and culture. She was named the 2022 teacher of the year by the Minnesota Council on the Teaching of Languages and Cultures.

Houa (Nkias Huas) Lor

Mr. Houa Lor is an original founder of KFI.

He earned his BA MIS and Minored in Accounting from Eastern Washington University in 1988. Houa worked for Boeing as an IT Technician and Manufacturing Engineer from 1991 to 2003. Houa left Boeing to work as an FAI Inspector for the Trump Group until 2018. He is currently consulting as an FAI Inspector and will be retiring April 1, 2024.

Naotou (Nom Tub) Saylo Lor

Born on February 1955 in Laos, Mr. Naotou Lor studied Social Studies at the National University in Dong Dok, Laos; specifically in Geography and History. After he and his family immigrated to the United States, he received his GED at WCTC (Waukesha, WI) and also graduated as a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programmer. Naotou retired in 2017 and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Yawg Npuag Vab: Ying Kiatoukaysy Lor (Alo)

Ying Lor resides in Sacramento, CA in the past 12 years with his wife Tota Lee and their daughter named Bella GaoShoua Lor. He is the eldest of 6 children from Song Ma Lauj of CO. His grandfather is Xab Kiatoukaysy Lauj and Great Grandfather is Boua Vab Kiatoukaysy Lauj. Ying has been with Accenture for 8 years as a Technology Business Enterprise Senior Tech in which he’s responsible for onboarding and configuring technology for new business acquisitions. Prior to that, Ying was an IT tech supporting local schools for St Paul Public Schools in the St Paul, MN. His hobbies are keeping up with tech trends and news, and collecting Transformers and cars. He is spontaneous and enjoys just going with the flow, which explains why he’s such a social butterfly and makes new friends wherever he goes.

Yawg Ntxoov Zuag: Kia Tong (Kiabtoom) Lo Kiatoukaysi

Representing the Ntxoov Zuag lineage is Mr. Kia Tong Lo Kiatoukaysi. He achieved an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Biology Minor in Chemistry from Kansas State University. He is currently a Quality Assurance Manager for Marken. He and his wife has been married for 21 years. They have three boys: Caleb, Justin, and Elias. Kia Tong loves to coach kids sports as well as raise chickens for a hobby.

Yawg Txhiaj Suav: Ye (Zeb aka. "Adam") Lor

Representing the Txhiaj Suav Lineage is Mr. Ye Lor. After graduating from Arvada High School, Ye Lor worked at Jolly Rancher for 11 years until they closed the location. He went on to work at Sandoz for 15 years. Ye is currently looking for new opportunities. He lives in Thornton, CO with his wife and seven children, along with taking care of his 90 year-old mother.

Yawg Nyiaj Xwm: Kyle (Tsav Yeej) Kiatoukaysy Lor

Holding Bachelor of Chemistry, Kyle lives in Fresno, CA and works for the Department of Public Health of Fresno County Laboratory as a Chemist.

Yawg Xiav Lis: Kou (Txooj Neeb) Lor

Representing the Xaiv Lis lineage is Mr. Kou Lor. Born in Thailand in 1977, he is the 4th oldest of 13 surviving children of Blong Lor and Mao Lee Lor. Their family immigrated to the United States in the early 1980’s from the concentration camps of Thailand. Married to Pa Dee Vang for 25 years, they have 4 children; 3 sons and 1 daughter.

Kou earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. He has nearly 30 years of management experience with 20 years focused on leadership development and project management.

Yawg Soob Mas: Mongyong (Koob Hmoov) Lor

Representing the Yawg Soon Mas lineage is Mr. Mongyong Lor. Born and raised in Denver, CO. Married for 11 years, he now calls Milliken, Colorado home with his wife, a 6 year-old son and a 4 year-old daughter. He is self-employed and does his best to balance his work life with his deep appreciation for the outdoors, his passion for music, and maintain a high commitment to being a loving and engaging father.

WEST (CA, OR, WA): Ying Kiatoukaysy Lor (Alo)

MOUNTAIN (CO) & EAST (MD, FL): Kasey Lo

One of 5 children, Kasey Lo grew up and lived in Colorado most of his life and graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.  He married in 2004 and is father to 5 Daughters and 1 son.  Kasey has held multiple leadership positions for the local Colorado Chapter of Kiatoukaysy Family Inc and currently hold the position as the Treasurer for the Lo-Pha Society of Colorado.  Additionally, he’s also a Pastor at Holy Passion Fire Church here in Denver, CO. 

NORTH (MN, WI, SD): Masavinler Lor (Masa)

The second eldest son of Xay Chou Lo Kiatoukaysy, Masavinler Lor was born in 1980 in Little Rock, Arkansas. A year later his father moved them to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where we call home to this day. He graduated from Marquette University with a BA degree in Theology. His work has mainly focused on the human/social services field. For thepast decade he has worked for Wisconsin’s federal TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) Program called Wisconsin Works (W-2). During the Fall of 2015 he met the love of his life, Maysong Yang, who shared many similar interests and coincidentally also worked for W-2. They would marry one short year later in the Fall of 2016. Outside of work they enjoy watching movies and TV shows, shooting pool, playing board games, traveling the world and most importantly, creating memories with family and friends.

CENTRAL (KS, MO): Kia Tong Lo Kiatoukaysi (Kiabtoom)

SOUTH (OK, AR, TX): Lolaotoua Kiatoukaysy (Tuam)

Lolaotoua is a Branch Manager for a bank. He is a talented musician and can play several instruments, with piano being his favorite. He also enjoys playing sports. Lolaotoua is happily married and has a daughter. They reside in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
